Huawei and Google new born, Nexus 6P is finally up for Pre-Order.

Huawei and Google partnered to produce a new Nexus which gave birth to Nexus 6P.

The Huawei Nexus 6P is elegantly design for solid built quality as it makes used of anodized aluminium for its full metal body that is also curved so it rest well on our hand. Accented with diamond chamfers that runs on the around at sides as well as circles the fingerprint sensor on the back. Comes in color choices of Graphite, Aluminum, Frost, and Gold.

Upfront is its 5.7 inch WQHD (2560 x 1440) that gives the smartphone a whopping 518 ppi at 16:9 aspect ration brings great detail. Got to it out as I was attending meetup of Windows Phone Philippines. Shout out to you Guys!
Anyways here it is.

The Neo Shift N81 utilizes magnets to attach the tablet to the keyboard dock as it goes from tablet to Laptop Mode. Just pull it out, if you gonna use it as a tablet. There's a small track pad on the keyboard dock and it supports touch gestures for scrolling and the like. The keyboard keys is reasonably sized and is comfortable to use. It has power, volume rocker and windows/home hardware keys. There's a notification light near the front camera. The convertible is very light and portable and easy to just put on your messenger bag if you're always on the go.

Ports are located on the right side of the tablet. On the keyboard dock, there are two full pledge USB ports. I like the checkered pattern that adds a cool accent to the aesthetic of the tablet.  The sim card slot is located at the center and with it adds 3G connectivity to the tablet. Oh tried charging the tablet via powerbank and with a at 2.1 amps it works!

Turning it on, it boots in portrait mode so you choose which OS will you boot into whether Android KitKat or Windows 10. If I am correct this is the first Dual Boot with Windows 10 pre-installed out of the box. When switching between OS, in Windows 10, you need to shutdown first then boot into Android while when in Android, you can just long press the power button and there's an option to boot into Windows.

Oh checking out the storage it has only 15GB available and the rest is used by the system. You can expand though via MicroSD. With android the system eats up 500MB of RAM out of 2GB RAM. It is very efficient and i did'nt notice any lag when running on Windows 10 or Android.

Camera is decent enough for your basic social media needs but please do make sure you have enough light source.

The NEO Shift N81 is turning out to be a bang-for-buck dual boot tablet laptop convertible with its quality build, efficient hardware and 3G connectivity. Acer Liquid Z530 is now available!

Like Acer new smartphones today, the Acer Z530 comes in very premium metallic brushed finish in Black or White colors. It is very light and the curved rounded corners provides good grip. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye although kinda wished they opted for a different design for speakers. On the front is a 5 inch HD IPS Display that comes with Acer's Zero-Air Gap Technology and as you can see it is bright and has good color reproduction.

Looking inside, the smartphone is powered by latest 64bit Mediatek MT6735 Quad-Core Processor clocked at 1.3GHz and is supported with 2GB RAM and 16GB Internal Storage. A microSD Slot is available for storage expansion. With 64bit processor, it is best paired with 64bit Android Lollipop for optimum efficiency between hardware and software.

Acer joins the Selfie trend as this the Liquid Z530 comes with a 8MP Rear and Front Camera combo which let you take high resolution photos and videos whichever side you're on as well as more detailed Selfies. With reference to sample shots below, the rear camera has a aperture of f/2 and f/2.4 for its front camera. Aperture is part of exposure triangle, the lower f number the more light enters so better shots in low light. It focuses well and did a fair job taking selfies.

Acer added other value-added applications for productivity, cloud service and mobile management. Float Applications helps you multitask by taking notes, making calculations and other functions while other apps run in the background.

Batttery is at 2420mAh that is quoted of standby time of 630 hours and 12 Hours Talk Time.

Overall, Acer's new smartphones is a beauty and also comes with great set of specifications with up-to-date internal hardware and software, high quality cameras and LTE, making Liquid Z530 a well rounded Smartphone at an affordable price. Design wise we clearly see the iPad Mini from button placement and ports as well as nearly similar dimensions at Height of 200mm, Width 134.6mm, Depth 7.7mm and Weigh only 400g. Just a few difference in depth and weight. Still Kata is very easy to hold and feels so light. Comes in Premium Matte Finish Gold and Grey colors.

Moving on, It has very nice display at 7.85 inch at 1024 x 768 HD resolution IPS. It has nice registration of colors and is very bright. Touch is responsive and up to 5 multi-touch points. It's great multimedia device for playing movies as well as games.

Under the hood is a Mediatek MT8382 1.3GHz Quad Core Processor wiith Mali400 GPU coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB Internal Storage. If you need more storage you can expand it via MicroSD Card Slot but can't seem to move app storage to the SD Card. This hardware setup performs quite well running Android KitKat with no noticeable lag. I had not encountered any problem running apps or multitasking. Oh here are benchmark score and information of Internals.

As mentioned earlier it runs Android KitKat with a few tweak as it does not have a app drawer just like on the iPad Mini. I have notice there are two Phone and Contact apps, one the native android and  one well looks like on the iOS. Sliding from the Top right of your screen, you will find the notification panel while sliding from the top left you will find control panel for quick settings. Kata also added some TV apps like Netflix, CBS, FOX NOW, The CW, and many more which you can freely enjoy for 60 days by using their MEGAVPN app.
