Install CM 12(Android Lollipop 5.0) on Samsung Grand Quattro|stock rom go to rompure.com

Hello Guys, here I am going to show you how to update your Grand Quattro to Cyanogen 12(cm12).
You can also check out my video for more information.

Actually what I did is that I install cm11 and made several changes to convert it to cm12. Heres how I did it:

Step 1 : First of all I downloaded cm11 from here. You have to just download it and flash it in your phone.

Step 2 : After flashing it, reboot your mobile.

Step 3 : NOTE : Your phone must be rooted. Then install root explorer from here . Then open root explorer -> system -> build.prop.

Step 4 : Open build.prop with text editor and edit following things :

     ro.build.version.release=4.1.2  to   ro.build.version.release=5.0

  low_ram=true                    to   low_ram=false

Step 5  : Now download following files:

               Android Lollipop Launcher from here.

               Material Theme from here.

               Tinted Status Bar from here.

               Xposed apk from here.

Step 6 : Now run Android Lollipop Launcher and install it. Then go ti settings -> applications -> all apps. And search for Trebuchet and open it.

Step 7 : Clear defaults and go to home page, A menu will open. Select  Android Lollipop Launcher from it.

Step 8 : Run material theme and install it.

Step 9 : You may have noticed that status bar is black when an app is open. But is should be the same colour as of the app. So here we require Xposed app and Tinted status bar. Install both of them.

Step 10 : Open Xposed app and go to Modules and select and tick Tinted statusbar.

Step 11 : Then reboot your phone. Many apps are now coloured as the app but some apps have still black colour. So for those apps, you have to follow Step 12.

Step 12 : Open Tinted Status Bar and select app you want to have same colour in status bar.

Step 13 : And then set the colour of status bar as you want. 

Step 14 : You are done. Your phone will look same as that of Android Lollipop 5.0 NOTE: This cm 11 rom contains three problems(bugs): sim, bluetooth and camera.
